Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, we help individuals sort out their thoughts, emotions, and feelings in a trusted and confidential environment. It is a one-on-one discussion between the therapist or counselor and the patient. Individual therapy helps improve and control symptoms that influence one’s well-being. It is beneficial for all walks of life having trouble with their extreme emotions, trauma, substance abuse, career problems, loss of motivation, relationship conflicts, and more. Our therapy sessions make you understand yourself more, provide coping strategies, manage your symptoms, and make healthy lifestyle changes.
Group Therapy
Group therapy consists of one or more psychologists and a group of five or more patients. People have different personalities and backgrounds, and they have different perspectives. By listening to other people tackling their problems, you can make some mental notes to yourself. Group therapy sessions improve your social skills, help people deal with their issues, and develop your empathy. The procedural aims of group therapy are to assist patients’ progress in comfort and function within the group. Group therapy outcomes include behavior corrections, the development of interpersonal and relationship skills, education, the implementation of preventative measures and coping skills, and an eventual return to normal functioning within society. We also advocate lessening the mental stigma that surrounds the community.
